Terms & Conditions
The Camper & Nicholsons Marinas Privilege Card Scheme (the Scheme) entitles card holders berthed in Port Louis Marina to certain discounts and other benefits as notified by Camper & Nicholsons Marinas to the card holder from time to time. The card will be issued to berth holders, superyacht captains and crew at the General Manager’s discretion. Customers including berth holders and visitors of Port Louis Marina are not entitled to a Privilege Card or any of the Privilege Card Scheme benefits unless they are a Privilege Card Scheme card holder.
The Privilege Club Card is only valid on the Caribbean island of Grenada and for the benefit of current Camper & Nicholsons Port Louis Marina’s customers only. Once a customer has left Port Louis Marina, they are no longer entitled to the discounts and benefits outlined on CNMarinas.com/privilege.
Benefits listed on CNMarinas.com/privilege are subject to change or cancellation at any time by the vendors, Camper & Nicholsons Marinas or Port Louis Marina.
These terms and conditions govern the entire Scheme and the use of the Camper & Nicholsons Marinas Privilege Card (the Privilege Card) and any membership of or participation in the Scheme or use of the Privilege Card will be treated as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All members of the Scheme must, unless otherwise agreed by Camper & Nicholsons Marinas, be aged 18 years or over.
At the discretion of the General Manager of Port Louis Marina, each customer is entitled to one Privilege Card only. Customers must keep Port Louis Marina informed of any changes to their berthing arrangements.
The Privilege Card, in whatever form, is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the customer who is named, has signed and registered for the card.
All Privilege Cards are subject to an expiry date, beyond which they cannot be used or reissued. Camper & Nicholsons Marinas or Port Louis Marina reserves to right change the expiry date at any time, in its sole discretion and without notice. Camper & Nicholsons Marinas and Port Louis Marina further reserves the right not to reissue any lost, stolen or mislaid Privilege Cards.
Camper & Nicholsons Marinas may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Privilege Cards, in whatever form, and/or remove a member from the Scheme at any time and for any reason, including where there is reasonable belief of:
- Any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions
- Any abuse or attempted abuse of the Scheme
- Any behaviour relating to the Scheme that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour or supplying false or misleading information.
The Privilege Card, in whatever form, is issued by and remains the property of Camper & Nicholsons Marinas which may, at any time, terminate the Scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Scheme. The Privilege Card must be returned to Camper & Nicholsons Marinas or Port Louis Marina on request or destroyed when no longer valid for use.
Privilege Cards remain the responsibility of the Privilege Card customer, as do any security details relating to the account. Camper & Nicholsons Marinas or Port Louis Marina cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the member failing to ensure the safe-keeping of these items. Privilege Cards cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded.
Camper & Nicholsons Marinas and Port Louis Marina reserves the right to exclude any products from the Scheme from time to time and all products and services subject to the Scheme shall be subject to availability.
By participating in the Scheme, Camper & Nicholsons Marinas may collect and use information about each registered card holder, including their registration details, information about the use of their Privilege Card, purchases and other information that the card holder gives Camper & Nicholsons Port Louis Marina.
Camper & Nicholsons Marinas may analyse the registered card holder information to see how they use the Scheme, to understand their consumer behaviour and may send the registered card holder information, offers and promotions for the products which are most likely to interest them.
By being a Scheme registered card holder and providing your details, you agree that Camper & Nicholsons Marinas can contact you with news about products, services and marinas. Camper & Nicholsons Marinas will never release a registered card holder’s personal details to any company outside the Camper & Nicholsons Marinas Group for them to use for their own mailing or marketing purposes.

These terms and conditions replace all previous versions and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and any disputes in relation to the Scheme will be decided only by the English courts in accordance with English law. Camper & Nicholsons Marinas reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, at any time, on reasonable notice for legal, regulatory, business or policy reasons. Card holders who continue to participate in the Scheme following notification of such a change will be considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions.
A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
