Continuing a long-standing sailing tradition in Çeşme, Çeşme Marina - EAYK (Aegean Open Sea Yacht Club) Winter Trophy has officially begun, with the first race leg took place on 24-25 January in Çeşme waters.
Hosted by Çeşme Marina for many years, the Winter Trophy has become a familiar and anticipated fixture for the sailing community, bringing together teams and sailors throughout the winter and spring months as the races continue through May.
Entering the new season with a new Commodore and newly appointed management, EAYK brings renewed energy to this year’s series. The opening races were held over two days, followed by an award ceremony celebrating the participating teams and their performances.
